What does Rasal Tech Solutions do?
We're one affordable technology partner for small and medium businesses. We build and run websites and booking systems, CRMs and lead engines, AI automation and agents, custom software, and the marketing that gets you found on Google and inside AI answers — so you get one partner instead of five.
Who do you work with, and where are you based?
We're based in Lonavala, Maharashtra, and work with businesses across India and remotely. We help small and medium businesses of every kind, with particular depth in hospitality and real estate — hotels, villas, resorts, event venues, restaurants, clinics and property teams.
How much does it cost?
There's no fixed price list, because no two businesses need the same system. After a free audit you get an exact, itemised quote in writing — fixed, not an estimate that grows. Most clients work on a simple monthly partnership (a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee); you can also commission a one-time custom project you own outright.
How does the monthly plan work?
A one-time setup fee covers the build, and a monthly fee covers everything it takes to run it — hosting, security, maintenance, content changes and new automations as you grow. It starts with a simple 6-month partnership and then continues month-to-month. Your data and your work are always yours.
How long does it take to go live?
It depends on scope, but a typical first build goes live within a few weeks of the audit and receiving your content and access. Your quote spells out the timeline before you commit to anything.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. On full payment, your content, data and accounts are yours. For a custom project, we hand over the code, accounts and intellectual property in full, deployed on your own hosting.
What makes you different from a regular agency?
We're an AI-native studio, so we build with modern AI tools — far faster and cheaper than the old multi-agency model. We also make you visible inside AI answers like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, not just Google, which most local agencies aren't doing yet.
